In this episode, I continue my conversation with returning guest Ian Watson for Part-2 of this 2-part special on mindfulness, meditation, and finding balance amidst life’s challenges.

Based in the UK, Ian Watson is a highly regarded homeopath, renowned speaker, and educator who leads workshops both nationally and internationally, focusing on holistic health and therapeutic practices.

In Part-1 (which came out last week) of this 2-Part exclusive, Ian and I dive discussed the concept of mindfulness (or “mindlessness,” as it unfolds) and explored ways to achieve a state of contentment and inner peace.

In Part-2, Ian shares his wisdom on the role of intuition and what we know to be true against what we believe to be wrong.

Ian talks about our inner source of wisdom, that which comes about when faced with unimaginable life challenges. The role of ‘knowing’ what to do on the path of life is tackled head-on and Ian shares his experiences along the way and how it has prove not only beneficial, but life changing.

Be inspired and join the conversation.
