Tony Crescenzo is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Intelligent Waves, where he leads the company’s strategic growth initiatives with a focus on innovation, operational excellence, and expansion into new markets. As CEO, Tony is responsible for driving the company’s vision, guiding executive leadership, and ensuring Intelligent Waves remains at the forefront of delivering mission-critical technology solutions.

A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Tony brings over three decades of proven leadership across the federal technology sector. His career reflects a rare blend of entrepreneurial drive and corporate strategy, with senior leadership roles at organizations such as Software AG Federal Systems, CACI, and Initiate Systems. He has also served as President and CEO of Inline Software and Illumitek, an SPSS spin-off. In addition, Tony founded and led Analysis Frameworks, and served as a Partner at Achievence, a management consulting firm where he spearheaded strategy for federal market clients.

Before joining Intelligent Waves, Tony successfully served as CEO of IntelliDyne, LLC beginning in 2013, where he played a pivotal role in accelerating growth and delivering measurable results in the federal contracting space.

Beyond the boardroom, Tony is deeply committed to serving the veteran community and the broader technology ecosystem. He is a Board Member of the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC) and serves as Co-Chair of NVTC’s Veteran’s Employment Initiative Foundation, which helps veterans transition successfully into civilian careers. His dedication to veterans continues through his role as Chair of the Advisory Board for the Semper Fi Fund, one of the nation’s most respected nonprofit organizations supporting injured service members and their families. He also contributes his expertise as a Board Member of Ascentium LLC.
