After an ill-timed illness, Grace is finally back with a LOT to talk about. First she gets into the Mets news of the last month. THe biggest story is Juan Soto, but she also talks Manaea, Holmes, and the Mets other rumors in free agency. She also discusses the legacy and impact of Rickey Henderson.
Next, she talks about the rest of the league's free agency. It's a speed round of sorts, with tons of teams, players, and vibes to touch on. A month is a long time in free agency, after all.
Finally, her movie minute is a sports movie that avoids the trappings of the genre and tells a truly human story in all its complexities and shades. And she discusses how much she loves Barry Jenkins.
