Tim Park is a fitness professional with a decade of experience training everyone from C-Suite Execs, celebrities to moms and retirees. He's dedicated to helping clients achieve their health and performance goals. A graduate of Stony Brook University majoring in Philosophy, Tim grew up in Kansas and spent two years as a Physical Therapy Aide, further solidifying his understanding of movement and recovery.
