Journalist and Author Joe Strupp joined HODGEPOD to talk about his True Crime Books. The two cases are detailed below. Thank you to Joe Strupp.

"A Long Walk Home" . A young woman's unsolved murder and her sister's lifelong search for answers. In 1966, Carol Ann Farino was walking home from her job as a waitress and then found strangled to death an hour later in a driveway.

And

"Death on St. Charles St" Discovering my family's murderous secret. Joe discusses in great detail about the 1962 quadruple murder - suicide in Rapid City, S.D.

Both books can be purchased on Amazon.com.

Joe is a 35 year news veteran and has covered news, politics ,sports, media local government and investigations. He is currently at the Asbury Park Press in Neptune , NJ. He has appeared on Fox News, MSNBC, NPR, Voice of America, ABC News and Sirius XM.
