In other words, empowerment means to be seen, be heard and be understood.

I had the privilege of interviewing a women’s empowerment coach who is confident, encouraging, a herpes activist and leader of her Accountability Coaching tribe. Clarice supports women who are frustrated on where their life is going and are wanting to make a positive change. She is passionate about her life coaching, has her own Heart Empowered Women podcast and explains how herpes was a big moment in her life by finding healing, acceptance and the power of support groups.
