IT is usually a thankless profession. When everything is working people forget about us, and when something breaks everything is our fault. This, combined with an almost obsessive sense of duty to keep things humming day and night often leads to burnout. This podcast gets real and examines what burnout looks like, some things you can do to combat it, and why you should be on the lookout for it in yourself and others.
