EcoSolutions is a national leader in dental recycling with 35 outside reps buying crowns and bridges from dental offices across the country. Gladly is the next chapter, using that same network to connect small businesses and their employees with purpose-driven brands that actually make life better, not just cheaper.
Brandon has built his career on vision, grit, and the refusal to settle for "good enough." He's obsessed with creating companies that treat people like humans instead of transactions. Gladly exists because he believes work should be about meaning, not just a paycheck and a headache.
He lives in Utah with his wife and four sons, which means his leadership training continues long after business hours. When he's not running companies or coaching soccer, he's usually sleeping because that's about all he has time for.
