In this podcast, I interview Bryan Smith, a long-term mental health sufferer and author of 'The Hardest Walk.' Bryan recounts his decades-long struggle with mental health and how he eventually became known as 'The Walking Man from Bristol.' He describes his efforts to raise mental health awareness through walking and hiking while connecting with others dealing with similar issues. Bryan's story is one of battling health anxiety and PTSD. He emphasises the importance of talking about mental health and staying active as coping mechanisms.
