Food for thought, We have had conversation about camping ownership but nothing about "The Economics" of camping and campground ownership. It aint as easy as your think - So I put together this specifically for us as a people to understand that there is more to camping than buying a unit and going to camp. There are serious financial considerations when you are talking about Campgrounds, Locations, where your $$$ goes and "Ownership" that need to be discussed and talked about. This is actually Part one to that conversation and feedback is always welcome - but this is that Economics conversation rarely discussed. Its 25 min long but it will give a perspective on how the money wheel turns in camping.
IN this episode I want to talk about how campgrounds and Communities around them make their money.
Why are their camping restrictions in some places and not other, ill answer that for you. What does it take to make it owning a campground .. it aint as easy as you think.
