Daily Devotion: Do You Hunger & Thirst for God's Presence? | Friday

Living a Satisfied Life (Outflow)
A life satisfied by God is not stagnant; it becomes a source of living water for others (John 7:38). When we are full of God's righteousness, it naturally flows out in acts of justice, compassion, and truth-telling. We become agents of the righteousness for which we have hungered. Our greatest goal shifts from receiving to giving—to pouring out the love and truth that God has poured into us. This is the paradoxical nature of the Beatitude: the more satisfied we are in Christ, the more we are compelled to share that life with a world that is still starving and thirsty.
Reflection Questions:
- How has the satisfaction I've found in Christ empowered me to show compassion or seek justice for others this week?
- Name one person I can share the "living water" with today—perhaps through an encouraging word, an act of service, or sharing the Gospel.
