Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) produced over 447,000 vehicles, delivered a record 497,000 vehicles, and deployed a record 12.5 gigawatt hours of energy storage products. Deliveries included 481,000 Model 3/Y vehicles and 16,000 from other models.

Rivian (NASDAQ: RIVN) reported producing 10,000 vehicles and delivering 13,000 vehicles in Q3, with results aligning to expectations. The company also narrowed its full-year 2025 delivery guidance to between 41,500 and 43,500 vehicles. The company will also begin building its next-generation R2 SUV and R3 crossover at a new Georgia plant starting construction in 2026, with customer production targeted for 2028.

Li Auto (NASDAQ: LI) delivered 34,000 vehicles in September, totaling 93,000 deliveries in Q3 and reaching almost 1.5 million cumulative deliveries to date. The company launched its new Li i6 five-seat electric SUV, while expanding its network to 542 retail stores, 546 service centers, and 3,420 super charging stations

XPENG (NYSE: XPEV) delivered a record 41,000 Smart EVs in September, up 95% year-over-year, contributing to 116,000 deliveries in Q3 and 313,000 in the first nine months of the year. The company also marked a milestone with the 10,000th New XPENG P7 rolling off the line, the fastest model in its lineup.

NIO (NYSE: NIO) delivered a record 34,000 vehicles in September and 87,000 in Q3, marking year-over-year increases of 64% and 40%, with cumulative deliveries reaching 872,000. The company also launched its flagship All-New ES8 premium SUV, showcasing its latest smart EV technologies and setting a benchmark in the large three-row electric SUV segment.

Zeekr Intelligent Technology (NYSE: ZK) reported September deliveries of 51,000 vehicles across its Zeekr and Lynk & Co brands. This represents an 8.5% year-over-year increase and a 14.1% rise from the prior month. Of the total, Zeekr delivered 18,000 vehicles and Lynk & Co delivered 32,000, supported by a base of over 2.1 million cumulative users.
