You don't want to miss this month's real estate report from Steve Volkers! There's lots of great information here whether you're in the market to buy or sell, an agent, or even as a lender. Sales were down last year by almost 2000 units at just over 10k, you have to go all the way back to March of 2013 to find the last time there was this level of units sold...will that trend continue? Also looking at the median sales price we see that it's looking like we're still going to get the spring price bump...so if you're looking to buy now can be an excellent time to get started and avoid paying the premium we'll see starting in April and May.
