Lisa’s guest is Linda Ugelow. Linda helps people overcome the fear of speaking online or on stage through private coaching, online courses, and workshops. As a performer of 40 years, a Masters degree in Expressive Therapies/movement studies, a B.S. in psychology, she’s been helping people get comfortable in their skin for decades.
