Here are some facts about the book of Zechariah:

Lots of Zechariahs in Scripture- at least 25, maybe 30
The most prominent are the author of the Book of Zechariah, and the father of John the Baptist.
It’s the 11th minor prophet, and 38th book of the Old Testament- second to last book of the Old Testament
Chronologically, the OT closes with a Zechariah, the NT opens with one
He is the most “major” of the minor prophets, with 14 chapters
He uses the phrase “Lord of Hosts” more than anyone else in the Bible- 50 times in 14 chapters
Zechariah has the most Messianic prophecies of Jesus of all the minor prophets
