Edmonton MP Matt Jeneroux has announced he's resigning from the Conservative caucus, just days after Nova Scotia MP Chris d'Entremont crossed the floor to join the Liberals. Mackenzie Gray explains why Jeneroux is quitting, and what he's not doing.
