This is one of John’s great themes throughout this epistle, and he reiterates it here in 1 John 5:13, one of the most well-known verses on assurance. In this episode, we discuss the topic of assurance in general, break down this verse phrase-by-phrase, and offer some personal thoughts and reflections on eternal security and assurance.
