This week’s episode is unlike anything I’ve ever shared. What began as a seven-day hospital stay turned into a powerful reminder of who I am, what resilience truly looks like, and how the mind can shape our reality in ways we don’t always expect.

Part 1 takes you inside the moment. I’m opening up about the emotional weight of being back in a place that has held some of my hardest chapters. If you’ve ever walked through medical trauma, you understand how quickly your body can revisit what your mind has tried to leave behind.
