This week we had another big trip out to record in a big boy studio in Brewdog Waterloo for a couple of beers and a sit-down with Andy Dunne, Managing Director of the TEAM Network.
10 months ago we struck up a partnership with TEAM and it was nice to finally sit down face-to-face with Andy after working together over the last year.
For those who don't know The TEAM Network:They're one of the UK's best-kept secrets in recruitment - a collaborative network that's been supporting recruitment entrepreneurs to make a success of launching solo or growing a recruitment agency.
Instead of the cutthroat, competitive approach, TEAMs trying to flip the narrative and create collaboration between ambitious businesses.
As a Start-Up TEAM are our first partnership and I would say that we've got off to a flyer..
