A 2023 study from Common Sense Media found that teens spend an average of 7 hours and 22 minutes daily on screens, with social media being one of the biggest contributors.

Social media is one of the biggest contributors to teen mental health issues and it only continues to grow.

So how do we as parents, educators and as responsible role models actually limit the amount of screen-time our kids have and also how do we use it as a positive influence rather than a negative influence.
