Hey guys! I've been pushing myself to have this episode ready within two weeks from the last, and I'm glad that I'm ahead of schedule :D This episode we have a special guest, someone with a career you might not have heard of. His name is Erwin Chan, an Occupational Psychologist, a career coach and consultant, and co-founder of Expivotal Consultancy. He has a big mission to help all of us escape the mundane 9-5 life, to find meaning and success in our work, relationships, and lives. What he wanted to do didn't exist in Hong Kong, so he built a start-up from scratch. It's important to have balance in life, where all the forces work together to keep your "life-pendulum" in place. Only then can we have true "work-life integration". We were inspired so much in our conversation, and I hope you do too. Enjoy :)
