All laboratories performing analysis and diagnostics use a variety of technology to measure various compounds in blood and urine. Acronyms like GC-MS, LC-MS, and ELISA are popular methods for analysis used in the laboratory industry. In addition, all laboratories operating within the United States (US) are required to comply with specific rules over what’s necessary to have printed on their laboratory report.
