This one’s for the weirdos, the truth-speakers, the ones in the midst of big shifts, and the tender-hearted humans learning to ride the waves.
This is my favorite episode to date, because it’s the first one where I’m not flying solo. I got to sit down with my dear friend and former client Shell… and her wildly wise, hilarious 8-year-old daughter, Harriet.

What starts as a playful conversation about water slides and Bali cats turns into a raw, honest, and beautiful reflection on fear, personal growth, and what it actually takes to live in alignment with your truth.

Shell and I met at a Tantra retreat a few years ago - she showed up not knowing what Tantra even was, and left with her life forever changed. In this conversation, we revisit that retreat, the story of her “safari suit moment,” and all the brave, messy steps she’s taken since to reclaim her power.

We talk about:

  • How childhood moments shape how we hold power and shame
  • Why doing the scary thing (yes, even when your undies fall down on the slide) leads to expansion
  • The very real unraveling that often happens when we start living in our truth
  • The difference between feeling seen and just being “fixed”
  • Why having someone in your corner (a container) makes all the difference
  • And how parenting and personal growth are more intertwined than we think

If you’re in a season of change, or on the edge of one, this episode is a reminder that fear is part of the path… and you’re not doing it wrong just because things feel hard.

Let’s dive in.
