Only Micaiah dares to speak the true word of the Lord, warning of Ahab’s downfall. Despite the warning, Ahab goes into battle and meets his prophesied death. This chapter reminds us of the value of truth, the danger of ignoring God’s warnings, and the fulfillment of His word.
