Welcome to another episode of our summer season! Host Sophia Pavia chats all about hitting your macronutrients goal while trying to conceive.

Macronutrients are very important nutrients that your body needs to adequately ovulate and carry a healthy pregnancy. Macronutrients or macros for short include your protein intake, carbohydrate intake and fats.

Sophia goes over what you should be aiming for when eating everyday and how to incorporate more of these important nutrients daily if you find yourself lacking in some areas.
