After a hard season of stress, burnout, and survival mode, I’m finally focusing on rebuilding my health—slowly and intentionally. In this episode, I share the three simple (but powerful!) changes I’m making right now to support healing: focusing on whole foods, prioritizing daily movement, and supporting my hormones naturally.
