2 Episode 62 What a Friend We Have in Jesus with Music by Scott Hawkins
Manage episode 508499489 series 3583812
In this episode, Sharon breaks down what it means to have a friendship with Jesus. Some friends come into your life for a reason, a season, or a lifetime. Once we accept Him as our Savior, He comes into our lives to stay--through the good, the bad, and the ugly. He never leaves us, nor forsakes us. They say to have a friend, you have to be one. Jesus is our friend even when we don't give Him the time of day. God made us for relationship. That works both ways. We should long for His presence, and spend time with Him. He is a friend that sticks closer than a brother, and He is there for us through it all.
Scott Hawkins, Sharon's husband, joins her today to sing "What a Friend We Have in Jesus". Thank you for listening to this episode. Bask in the friendship that you have with Jesus.
