Masculinity’s become a battleground. In this solo episode, I dig into what’s really going on with modern men - not from an academic ivory tower, but from years of lived experience, coaching, and travel across 50 countries.

I explore why young men are confused, what’s behind the collapse of traditional male roles, and how the media, academia, and consumer culture all play a part in making men feel irrelevant or wrong just for being men.

This one’s a bit of a rant, but also a call to sanity. I share thoughts on why hyper-masculine influencers don’t have the full picture, why “just be more vulnerable” isn’t good advice for most men, and what we can actually do to support healthy masculinity in a culture that doesn’t seem to know what that is anymore.

Whether you’re a man trying to make sense of your role, or someone who cares about one, I hope this gives you something to chew on.
