See, the DC Bar knew about FINRA frauds, the lawyer frauds, Judicial error, and then asked my help to update the FINRA CUPL Committee On Authorized Practice of Law guidances which I did bangingly swimmingly and fast. The DC Bar did update their guidances with no thank you of course and then sent me on my way to file facts with NY except it was DC's oversight, I told them. One word. 1940.
