We are often tempted to make huge changes at once. However, we know from experience that it can be frustrating when we don’t get the results. Take an example of wanting to get to your ideal weight or get business results. When we have weight as a challenge, we keep looking in the mirror to see how we are looking especially when we have an exercise regime or a dieting program. When making a change to our lives or business we must remain patient but determined so that we can become successful in the end. EL James the author of the 50 shades trilogy once wrote “we need to learn to walk before we can run.”

When making large changes to our business or personal lives it is important to break down the larger changes into smaller steps so that we can transition through the change comfortably.

In this episode we discuss how to make slight changes so that you achieve the results you want. Don’t be fooled by the tiny changes you register each time. Tiny changes add up and become transformational. Stick to your tiny changes and be consistent and watch the results add up.
