Fourteen-year-old Ryleigh proves that age is just a number when it comes to entrepreneurship and overcoming health challenges. Diagnosed with celiac disease at nearly five years old, Ryleigh transformed her dietary restriction into opportunity by founding her own gluten-free bakery business when she couldn't find satisfying options in the marketplace.
