In this final week of Equipping the Saints, Rev. Cynthia Alice Anderson brings the series home with a powerful message on integration—living so that our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and actions truly match. It’s one thing to know spiritual truth; it’s another thing entirely to live it.

RCA invites us to ask the courageous question, “Am I living the truth I know?” She explores what it means to embody Unity teachings in real time: in our finances, in our relationships, in how we respond to the world’s pain, and in the quiet places of our own hearts. From the Golden Key practice of turning our attention back to God, to the spiritual discipline of tithing and keeping the “channel clear,” this message calls us into deeper alignment with divine life.

This episode also includes a beautiful guided meditation led by Henry Oliver, inviting us to rest in the Christ light within, welcome every part of our human experience into that light, and remember that we are already whole, already unified in divine love.

If you’re ready to move from talking about spiritual principles to living them—this conversation is for you.

In this episode, you’ll explore:

  • What “integration” really means as a spiritual practice
  • The difference between knowing the truth and living the truth
  • How misalignment shows up when we say one thing and do another
  • The Golden Key: turning your mind to God instead of the problem
  • Tithing and generosity as integrated spiritual practice
  • Why the world needs awakened individuals living as the light of the world
  • A centering meditation on wholeness, oneness, and the Christ light within

Key Affirmations & Takeaways:

  • “I live the truth I know.”
  • “God is able.”
  • “All that I am is unified in divine love.”
  • We stop asking, “Who’s to blame?” and begin asking, “Where am I in this, and what is mine to do?”

🙏 Thank you for listening to Sunday at Unity of Daytona Beach: The Podcast.
We’re grateful to walk this path with you. May this message and meditation
