Hey hey, messy crew! On this episode of Everything’s Messy Podcast we are diving into something a little different but incredibly important—joint health, bone strength, and what mobility REALLY means—with the incredible Jeff Bailey, author of Mobility for Life and founder of Avita Yoga. 🙌
