Top portion features the EnterpriseSplaining logo with the subheading “A Star Trek Podcast” Middle portion is an image from the Enterprise episode The Communicator showing Malcolm and Archer in alien makeup with bumpy foreheads and strange outfits with the words “Star Trek Enterprise: The Communicator. Below, there’s a section in blue with the white letters saying “Dude, Where's My Communicator?!” Over the image is a stamp saying “SECOND CONTACT”

This week, we’re on a second contact mission, revisiting Star Trek: Enterprise Season 2, Episode 8 “The Communicator.” Now that Bill and Maria have watched it, we get to hear their thoughts on how Captain Archer messed up getting back a piece of equipment they left on a planet so hard that he managed to start a full-on world war.

A word of warning: If you haven’t listened to the episode before this one, “Dude, Where’s My Communicator?!,” go listen to that first because this is a follow up to last week.
