In this episode, I’m sharing six discipleship-shaped practices that turn teams into greenhouses for future leaders: (1) measure potential as well as performance, (2) delegate real authority while keeping accountability, (3) mentor with identity and mission in view, (4) balance HEAD, HEART, HANDS for 2030-readiness, (5) make delegation a muscle using the SWIM model, and (6) cultivate trust and mission clarity so purpose, not perks, keeps people engaged.
