Jetstar Asia is shutting down after 20 years, but is this just about one airline, or a warning sign for the entire low-cost model in Southeast Asia?

The Singapore-based carrier, part of the Qantas Group, cited rising costs at Changi Airport and post-pandemic pressures. But the deeper story may be what this means for the future of budget flying.
