During the pandemic, Mike Vardal, who works in computers and lives in Connecticut with his wife and four kids, was feeling pent up creatively. Mike was in need of some laughter. So, in April of 2020, he created the comedy show Vardalia Onions and a series called "Dogs of Town Hall" on YouTube. Here, he writes and films video skits with his family. From singing Cyndi Lauper parodies ("Dads Just Want to Have Fun") to Katy Perry remakes and Ozzie Osbourne mashups, Mike's channel has helped him and his family thrive. Mike’s here to talk about how creativity (and wigs and puppets and talking stuffed animals) curbs anxiety for him and his family and how to tap into your unbridled childlike sense of joy. | CONTACT INFO: Can’t get enough of Enough-ism?
