In this episode, I share the coaching space with an Enneagram Eight from the other side of the globe in Cape Town, South Africa. In our conversation, we explore how the protective-nature and energetic intensity of the Type 8 structure often causes us to react in more controlling ways than intended. We sense into the somatic experience of both the charged-up intensity of protecting others as well as the gentle calmness that we settled into as we processed the emotions coming up for her.
