Over the years, walking, running, biking, hiking, basketball, and volleyball have worked well for me. When I was feeling really low, it would take all my energy to just go for a short walk. I would start small and work up from there. I seem to have gotten into the habit of tracking the times I exercise.
Today, there are some great app’s that can help with this versus the good old excel spreadsheet I used to use. The key thing for me when it comes to exercising is it helps clear my head of all the negative self-talk. Also, I find I can end up receiving a variety of new creative ideas I had never thought of before.
