All-Ivy League tackle at Princeton in 1957, Bob Casciola entered football coaching as an assistant at Princeton and later Dartmouth. He played or worked under three Hall of Famers in Charlie Caldwell, Dick Colman, and Bob Blackman before becoming head coach at the U. of Connecticut and Princeton. He was a broadcaster for New Jersey Generals games in the USFL as well as CEO of the New Jersey Nets basketball team. He says his most important job came at the end of his career when he spent 14 years as head of the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame.
