Read 1 Cor. 8:1-13. What stands out to you in this passage? What is the Word of God saying to us?

"Knowledge puffs up, but love builds up." How does this idea challenge our understanding of spiritual growth? How can our pursuit of knowledge lead to pride, and to balance this, how can love change your entire approach?

Reflect on a time when your knowledge or opinions caused someone to stumble. How did love influence your response or behavior in that situation? How can we practice humility and love in disagreements or differences of opinion?

What does it mean to "practice love over personal rights"? Can you think of a specific example where choosing love meant giving up a personal right or preference?

How do our opinions or actions sometimes unintentionally cause harm to fellow believers? What steps can we take to ensure our words and choices reflect grace and care rather than judgment or insensitivity?

Discuss this statement: "Sinning against others is sinning against Christ." How does this influence how we treat fellow believers? How might this truth impact our approach to disagreements or differences in the body of Christ?
