You may think that once you have been dismissed from your job for alleged dishonesty, that is the end of the road in terms of what you can do to challenge your dismissal. That would not be the case. There are two critical legal cases that support the way you must be treated by your employer when allegations have been made against you and trust is broken - even when your employer believes you are guilty of dishonesty at work.
