Andrew and Jeff struggle for what seems like an eternity to get Jeff's sound adjusted so that all the dogs in the neighborhood can stop screaming from ear pain; Andrew provides TMI several times; Jeff tries to channel the late Andy Rooney, and that is so bad that Andrew insists Andy was a Canadian.
Jeff rants again about Tutorial Hell, then insults every software stakeholder ever when he goes on a tirade about unrealistic software project deadlines in response to Andrew being too timid to commit to a launch schedule for Mindery.
