#Elbowgrease has been a brainchild of mine for 2 years. Geared towards helping people find their balance mentally, physically, and spiritually the very essence of #Elbowgrease is something that has been a passion of mine since I can remember. Being a certified personal trainer for almost 10 years and an elite athlete, I wanted to be able to help people on a broader scale. I think this podcast will help me accomplish just that.
