You are both talking to yourself, because you are the Earth, and you are talking to the Earth outside of you. But don't let the Earth be inside you only, you'll lose your place
in the world. And don't let the Earth be outside you only, because then you are a tourist. Let the Earth be inside and outside, and the only analogy that really works is the inside/outside relationship of a lover.
