Yes fam this week on Dyl & Friends I'm joined by Fergus Watts.

Ferg is a former AFL player, founder of Bastion (one of the largest independent marketing agencies in the country), and now Chairman of Reach.

After a high-pressure start in footy (top draft pick, club moves, and big expectations) injury forced Ferg to walk away earlier than expected. What came next was serious personal growth and building one of the biggest independent agencies in the country from scratch.

Ferg built Bastion from the ground up into a hugely successful business. Today, he shares his top 3 tips for leadership, culture, and building something that actually lasts. We spoke about failing fast, managing ego, understanding KPIs, and knowing the people around you, but also the importance of knowing yourself.

Now as Chairman of Reach, Fergus is focused on the next generation; helping young people build emotional resilience in a world of rising money stress, social media pressure, and uncertainty. He shares a powerful full-circle moment, going from seeing Jim Stynes speak at school to now leading the organisation that once inspired him.

This is a ripping chat for anyone interested in business, improving yourself, working on values & understanding parenting. Can't thank Ferg enough for his time today!! Hope you love this one xx
