Ken Kunken broke his neck playing football for Cornell University in 1970, leaving him almost totally paralyzed from the shoulders down. Ken went on to get multiple degrees after his recovery, became an assistant district attorney for over 40 years, and now an author of the book, "I Dream of Things That Never Were: The Ken Kunken Story."
