Brain Training with Regina Italiano
On this new season of the Make Mental Health Matter Show with host Kelli Melissa Reinhardt, is live in-studio with special guest Regina Italiano.
Little bit about Regina’s story from her:
I have worked in the neurofeedback field for five years as a specialist, helping individuals optimize their brain function. Neurofeedback is a non-invasive method that trains the brain to improve its regulation, which can help address a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, mood, and behavioral concerns. Having personally struggled with anxiety, I’ve experienced firsthand how neurofeedback can train the brain to respond more effectively to stress and promote greater emotional balance.
Short bio: Regina graduated with her Masters of Science in Psychology from the University of Arizona. She currently resides in Colorado with her significant other, Brandon, and her dog Peach. Regina went into the neurofeedback field because her grandpa passed with Alzheimer’s and saw the struggle that family members go through. She loves that neurofeedback can help people going through different struggles. In Regina’s free time, she likes to enjoy all that Colorado has to offer, and also enjoys being with her family and friends.
