Veteran actress, writer, director, Mädchen Amick, (Riverdale, Twin Peaks) along with her daughter, Mina Tobias (Cornell graduate, writer, actress, and musician) host an introspective podcast that explores how a mental illness diagnosis in the family led them to evaluate their own mental health and well being. This tight knit family unit is led by Mädchen and David Alexis, married for 34 years and counting, along with Mina and her older brother Sylvester Alexis. Sly, a charismatic and ultra-talented athlete and artist, began exhibiting signs of a disorder at a young age that would come to the forefront later in life. Don’t MIND Me is a podcast about a loving family navigating the choppy waters of mental illness, without shame or judgement. Though the family has had many successes as actors, musicians, and athletes, they've also faced major obstacles. But, they always face them together. "When mental illness hit our family we banded together to navigate our way through a broken system and find a path towards recovery." - Mädchen Amick
