On the Doin' Time show today Marisa played some live coverage audio from the 12 August Defend and Dissent Rally, featuring an interview that she did with David Glanz from the Refugee Action Collective, on the steps of Parliament about an anti protest bill possibly being introduced into the Victorian Parliament by the Allan Government. She also played some speeches from that rally. After that, Marisa interviewed Keiran Stewart-Assheton, First Nations activist and President of the Black Peoples Union, about Treaty and Aboriginal deaths in custody.
